                         Pourquoi ne pas l'avouer? Cette composition très "rock moderne", avec une bande son un peu envahissante et répétitive, n'est pas ce que je préfère de Rick. Pourtant, ce "Gypsy pilot" de 1970 (sorti dans le merveilleux album "Rudy the fifth"), un de ses succès avec le Stone Canyon, montre sa grande faculté d'adaptation aux rythmes contemporains et son aisance à s'approprier, avec une virtuosité intacte, des genres musicaux qui n'appartiennent pas à sa génération. Et puis c'est une ode à ce bon vieux rock and roll qu'on découvre tout gamin, avec sa guitare en bandoulière, et qui vous permet de"voir le coucher de soleil et de sentir la pluie"!
